Radar Update: Freezing Rain in Central and Eastern Ontario

As expected, freezing rain is currently affecting much of Central and Eastern Ontario. Further north into areas like the Ottawa Valley and along the Quebec border are seeing mainly snow and ice pellets with freezing rain expected later today.

The second round of precipitation will move into the affected regions this evening bringing even more freezing rain. The transition to regular rain will occur past midnight with some areas close to the Quebec border seeing temperatures below the freezing mark all the way into tomorrow morning.
