...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR EASTERN LAMOURE AND DICKEY COUNTIES IS CANCELLED... The storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe limits, and have exited the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled. However, heavy rain is still possible through 415 AM CDT. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for southeastern North Dakota.
