At 10:29 P.M. Edt, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm that is producing a tornado. Damaging winds, large hail and locally intense rainfall are also possible.

A thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado may cross the River between Brockville and Prescott by 11.00 P.M..
