Funnel Cloud Reported

A funnel cloud and/or landspout has been reported southeast of Peterborough near Hastings earlier this evening. The environment is favorable for the development of more funnel clouds over the next few hours with a cluster of storms stretching from Marmora to Millbrook. These storms are tracking to the southeast towards Belleville.

In rare cases, funnel clouds can briefly touchdown and produce an isolated landspout tornado. Please be safe if you're near any funnel clouds and please let us know what you're experiencing and only when it's safe to do so.
