(Locations listed below description)

Winter weather travel advisory in effect for tonight.

Hazards: Local snowfall accumulations of 5 to 15 cm by early Thursday morning. Slippery road conditions and reduced visibilities in snow.

Timing: Early this evening to early Thursday morning.

Discussion: Snow may be heavy at times tonight as a result of lake effect off of Lake Huron. Snow should lift North of the area on Thursday morning.

Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead and be prepared to stop. Snow squalls cause weather conditions to vary considerably; changes from clear skies to heavy snow within just a few kilometres are common.
