Snowfall Warning Issued

Snowfall with total amounts of 10 to 15 cm is expected.

Locations: Christina Lake and North along Highway 3.

Snowfall accumulation: 10 to 15 cm.

Time span: Now through Saturday evening.

Remarks: A frontal system will bring snow at times heavy over parts of the b.c. Interior. Snowfall has already begun and will continue tonight and during the day on Saturday, before tapering off to a few flurries Saturday evening. Regions closer to the border, including Grand Forks, will see snowfall accumulation on the lower end of the spectrum.

Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
