Friday evening, an Arctic airmass will combine with strong Northwest winds to give bitterly cold windchill values. Windchill values of minus 35 to minus 40 are expected to develop later Friday night and will persist into Saturday morning before beginning to moderate Saturday afternoon as winds subside.
