Snowfall with total amounts of 15 to 20 cm now through Tuesday afternoon.
What: Additional snowfall amounts up to 10 cm today and tonight and another 5 to 10 cm on Tuesday.
When: Now through Tuesday afternoon.
Hazard: Potentially difficult travel. Be prepared for winter driving conditions.
Remarks: A disturbance will continue to bring snow at times heavy to Kootenay pass before tapering off Tuesday afternoon. Snow levels will hover near 1300 metres through the event.
Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.
Weather in the Mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions.
